Our team sets aside time each week to meet with underrepresented founders or future founders with unique visions for what healthcare ought to be like. If this sounds like you, we’d love to chat.
We have no agenda during office hours — the time is yours, and we’ll do our best to help you workshop your business model, hone your pitch, connect you to others, or discuss whatever else would be most useful to you.
If you'd like to meet, just fill out the form below.
Our working interpretation of underrepresented is modeled on the UCSF URM definition, and includes anyone whose racial or ethnic makeup is: African American/Black, Filipino, Hmong, Vietnamese, Hispanic, Latinx, Native American, Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, or two or more races, when one or more are from the preceding racial and ethnic categories in the list. We also expand our definition to include women, LGBT individuals, individuals whose families have held refugees status, and first generation immigrants to the United States. We acknowledge this definition is imperfect, and if you believe you are from an underrepresented group in the healthcare community that is not represented on this list, we would be happy to meet with you nonetheless.
